Use of the Service
Chickadee is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the app without written permission.
Recipe Content
Recipes on Chickadee are intended as cooking guides for personal use. Timings and instructions are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be accurate for all equipment, ingredients, or dietary requirements. Always use your own judgement when cooking, particularly regarding food safety and allergens.
No Warranty
Chickadee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chickadee and its author are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including cooking outcomes, data loss, or device issues.
Intellectual Property
The Chickadee source code is open source. Recipe content and app design are authored by Kristian Garza. Please credit the project if you adapt the content.
