  • 2 pieces Leek (Cut the leek into 0.5 cm wide rings.)
  • 1 pieces Red chilli (Chilli is hot, halve, remove seeds, and cut into fine pieces.)
  • 20 g Chives/Thyme (Pick thyme leaves and roughly chop, cut chives into fine rings.)
  • 400 g Brown lentils
  • 500 g Cooking cream (Add cream to the vegetables.)
  • 500 g Salmon fillet (Season salmon and bake.)
  • 8 g Vegetable stock (Vegetable stock powder for the sauce.)

  • 2 tbsp Oil (For frying the vegetables and seasoning the salmon fillets.)

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add carrot and celery cubes, leek rings, chilli pieces (caution: hot!), chopped thyme and chives to the pan and fry for 8-12 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt. (Vegetables must be soft.)

Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp oil. Bake salmon on a baking tray lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 220°C top/bottom heat (200°C fan) for 12-14 minutes until the fish is no longer translucent inside. (Preheat oven.)
